12 mm Twin Screw
12 mm twin secrew is 24 L/D extruder.Barrel consists one part and resistance to high heatibgs.All zones has its own heaters and starts by a socket because of best mixture and dispersion effect.So it enables secrew and barrel configiration for best desing. 12 mm twin secrew is designed by fiber on single table. It provides testing by at  least raw material (100gr). It makes possible valuable polimers processed by segmented secrew and barrel.It has a redesignable factor by selecting secrews different kneading, mixing and cutting parts. Extruder electric pannel is under the table.
Gravimetric Feeder
The operating principle of GM-MIX  Gravimetric Feeder with single screw is as follow; all of the feed system is standing one of the weighing platform. When the screw system works, each unit can also be weighed and decreasing the amount of material is calculated. This material amount is compared with the goal value and given the command to the engine for the calculated suitable speed. Simultaneous control and correction process with the target value is kept in a sensitive tolerance band. Advantages GM-MIX  Gravimetric Feeder System has more important feature then the classic volumetric feed system. This feeder much more sensitive. This system provides saving of raw material to the system enrty and ensures the homogeneity of the facility to more efficient operation of the system output. Volumetric system works with %10 sensitivity but the gravimetric dosing system works by 0,2% accuracy. So it provides to save the company rate of 9,8% for each hour. It has a special software. In a special thanks to the software, the system output checks the deviations of the target value and over time realize the changes of the characteristic of flow. By this way linearity can be ensured next of the accuracy. Furthermore, during and after Refill, the system continued in a control manner to contribute to the flow linearity. The other advantages of gravimetric system are; - It provides closed-loop control system with simultaneous weight matering and feed in the amount of supervision. - Wide range limit automatically adapts differences in density of the material that may accur over time. - Material and output amount can be controlled directly. - It has high linearity.             18 mm twin screew extruder with barrels 44 L/D,.Each barrel (Block) consists of eleven high temperature resistant parts.Thanks to independent heater in each block that gives more ability on temperature control of blocks to have more homogenous and more dispersion final mixture.             18 mm twin screw extruders are compact machines which an extruder, water cooling and a granulator placed on a table. 18 mm extruder is providing samples by using less raw meterials and is able to produce pilot productions. To have a better mixture and a better dispersion zone heaters can be controled at different temperatures at the same time and the screew configration can be changed easily.             GULNAR laboratory press is suitable to produce all kind of film and stage plate. These are using for preparing testing samples to analyze polimers mechanical, electrical, optic and chemical specifications Press upper and lower heater molds, on the second stage cooling molds are located. Control unit schneider electricty and 7’’ touchscreen are installed. The proceedings has ability to print graphics and data under the record. Pelletizer Device Options : The extrusion line can be supplied with either a cooling conveyor or a water bath to cool the strand. There are two platizer options. The fixed lenght pelletizer options. The fixed lenght pelletiser is factory configured to produce either micro or full size pellets and the variable lenght. Pelletiser with a user selectable pellet lenght. The variable lenght pelletiser can produce pellets 0,5,1,2,3 mm long . Vacuum System : 120 mbar Vacuum sistem throws out the gas outside so it prevents to occure bubbles on the products.
